Your role and responsibilities
As a Digital Sales Specialist you'll become a trusted go-to expert. You'll collaborate with colleagues across the Sales team - advising and supporting on client engagements throughout the critically important early phases of the sales cycle, and helping to lead prospects to our award winning cloud solutions. We're committed to success. In this role, your achievements will drive your career, team, and clients to thrive. A typical day may involve: Deal Closure Prediction: Predicting deal closures by understanding client buying cycles. Up/Cross-Sell Support: Assisting colleagues in identifying up/cross-sell opportunities. Business Campaign Activation: Activating new business campaigns with IBM Marketing and Sales. Use-Case and Proof of Concept Development: Developing use-cases and proofs of concept with the team. Value Proposition Presentation: Presenting compelling value propositions to clients and effectively landing solutions.
Required technical and professional expertise
* Technical Sales Proficiency and Relationship Management
* High Proficiency in Digital Selling including Cold Calls, Cadences, Social Media tools and techniques.
* Competent Client Facing Presentation Skills.
* Top of the funnel prospecting experience: i.e. SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
Preferred technical and professional experience
* Mobile Device Management (MDM) Sales Experience
* Wireless Telcom Sales and Account Management Experience
* Software Sales Experience in previous position
