Hours of the facility are Monday – Friday 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
No weekends and no nights

Role Purpose
Provides resources for curriculum development and staff training and education to ensure a high quality program for all children and families enrolled in the infant/toddler to preschool programs.
Responsibilities
+ Observes classroom functions and activities, serving as an advisor to staff and providing resources to help staff implement goals and objectives according to center's philosophy.
+ Consults with and serves as a resource for families and staff regarding children's development and progress.
+ Contributes toward continual quality, financial, and operational improvement of the program. Obtains clock hour training per accreditation / licensing requirements.
Minimum Requirements
Education
+ Bachelor's Degree - Child Development/related
Experience
+ 2-5 years
Supervisor Experience
+ < 2 years
Licenses & Certifications
+ Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
