    Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Operations and Program Management department supporting gaming product initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Program Manager

    **Location:** Remote (PST hours)

    **Pay Range:** $39 - $43/hr on W2

    **Duration:** until June 30 2026 (possibility of extension)

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Manage the operation and program management for ID, including game title tracking through Greenlight processes.

    + Handle budgets for ID, including developer acceleration programs and other funding sources.

    + Oversee the portfolio plays list, recommending games for Game Pass, Game showcases, and hardware launches.

    + Revamp and integrate the portfolio plays list into CRM using ADO, ensuring seamless process workflows.

    + Build out processes for new initiatives, ensuring sustainability and comprehensive documentation, including training materials and stakeholder management.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

    + Excellent communication skills to interface with clients and cross-functional teams.

    + Experience creating and maintaining program schedules and status reports.

    + Ability to develop functional specifications, requirements, and scope documents.

    + Proficiency in organizing cross-functional activities to ensure project completion within schedule and budget constraints.
