    Our client, a leader in the automotive industry, is seeking a Mechanical Technician 4 to join their team. As a Mechanical Technician 4, you will be part of the Engineering Support Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Mechanical Technician 4

    **Location:** Clawson, MI

    Pay Range: $25-$30 per hour

    **Shift:** M-F 6am-3pm with flexibility

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Review and prioritize virtual study procedures to optimize testing processes.

    + Collaborate across teams to develop and refine virtual time study tools.

    + Coordinate globally to share best practices and implement new learnings and tools.

    + Build and analyze virtual studies using available data and tools, with potential for team growth.

    + Compare virtual and physical time studies to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + 3-5 years of automotive technician experience preferred.

    + Knowledge or experience with AI is helpful.

    + **Need ASE Certification** and **prefer to have CAD experience** . **Do not** want to **see design** experience if they **do have technician experience.**

    + **Highest education is only high school** , but a **4-year degree is still referred and will help applicants over others.**

    + Proficiency with computer applications and engineering design software.
