We’re hiring **Heavy Equipment Mechanics** for our client, a well-established company offering stability, competitive pay, and an excellent Monday–Friday schedule + out early on Fridays. These positions pay **starting at $25 per hour based on experience** and are **temp-to-hire** .

    Typical daily duties:

    • Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy equipment and trucks

    • Perform welding and fabrication projects as needed

    • Ensure equipment readiness and assist with general shop operations

    What we’re looking for:

    • 2–5 years of heavy-duty service or diesel mechanic experience (required)

    • Maine State Inspection Technician License (highly preferred)

    • Strong troubleshooting, welding, and teamwork skills

    • Commitment to safety and reliability
