As a **Security Professional - Unarmed Retail Mall** in **Honolulu, HI** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a premier retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding appropriately to emergency situations as needed.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing support to all parties involved.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.

+ Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or incidents encountered during patrols around the retail or mall location.

+ Maintain a visible presence and assist store employees and shoppers with directions or information, supporting a welcoming atmosphere.

+ Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and location staff to address concerns and uphold security-related protocols and site expectations.

Minimum Requirements:

+ A valid Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
