What You'll Do:

+ Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at the front desk while following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.

+ Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials and appropriately logging all visitors, guests, and deliveries.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as necessary according to company and client protocols.

+ Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and/or client contacts.

+ Maintain accurate records of daily activities and occurrences in the front desk logbooks or electronic systems.

+ Assist with emergency response activities, including following evacuation or lockdown procedures if required.

+ Support site operations by answering phones, assisting with inquiries, and providing directions or general information as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
