Responsibilities for a Specialist, Logistics include but are not limited to:

+ Provide essential logistics support, including order entry, routing, and dispatching drivers in a high-volume environment.

+ Maintain accurate customer profiles, enter loads from customer tenders into the Freight Optimizer system, and validate all load data for accounting purposes.

+ Conduct traffic coordination, schedule and reschedule delivery appointments, and take check calls from drivers to ensure timely delivery.

+ Investigate and document product overages, shortages, and damages, while providing detailed directions and instructions to properly route drivers.

Candidates for Specialist, Logistics must meet the following requirements to be considered:

+ 1 year of logistics experience and a general working knowledge of the transportation industry.

+ Proven experience in a fast-paced environment requiring multitasking and strong administrative skills.

+ Excellent Excel experience and professional email correspondence etiquette.

+ Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, verbal, or diagram form.

**Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
