    Production Associate – Temp-to-Hire

    **Location:** Manassas, VA

     

    Pay Rate:** **$** **20.90/hour

    Schedule:** Monday–Friday | **2:00PM – 10:30PM

    **Employment Type:** **Temp-to-Hire** (Onsite role)

     

    Adecco is currently hiring **Production Associates** for an established manufacturing facility in **Manassas, VA** . This role offers consistent hours, hands-on work, and the opportunity to convert to a full-time role with the company.

    Job Responsibilities

    Product Preparation

    + Pull and organize pallets of product from the work-in-process storage area.

    + Dump product into hoppers and discard liners.

    + Ensure all product on the line is wrapped correctly and compliant.

    + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

    + Perform cleaning and sanitizing during product changeovers.

    Hand Packing

    + Verify correct box types and labels for each run.

    + Count and pack product according to batch records.

    + Identify and remove defective packaging before boxing.

    + Move prepared boxes to tape machine and palletizing areas.

    + Maintain clean, orderly workstations during production.

    Palletizing

    + Stack boxed product onto pallets according to specifications.

    + Keep palletizing zone organized during production.

    + Move completed pallets to finished goods for wrapping and storage.

    Qualifications

    + High School Diploma or GED required.

    + Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or packing experience a plus.

    + Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

    + Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for the duration of shift.

    Work Environment

    + Fast-paced production environment.

    + Exposure to moving machinery, heat, and loud noise.

    + May involve repetitive motion and moderate lifting.

    **Pay Details:** $20.90 to $20.00 per hour
