    NEW MBSE SYSTEMS ENGINEERING OPPORTUNITY SUPPORTING THE DEVELOPMENT OF NEXT-GEN RADAR SYSTEMS FOR A TOP AEROSPACE & DEFENSE COMPANY IN THE WORLD!!!

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    + Lead the creation and execution of the Digital Engineering MBSE roadmap, driving alignment across Power & Controls (P&C).

    + Define and develop critical MBSE capabilities to support programs and enhance product development efficiency.

    + Create and validate MBSE models, including stakeholder needs and requirements, as well as behavioral and structural diagrams.

    + Develop and maintain reference architectures and standard work to ensure consistent and scalable MBSE implementation.

    JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

    + BS Degree in Engineering-related field

    + Minimum 1 year experience in Systems Engineering with DOORS, preferably MBSE with Cameo or MagicDraw as well

    + Multiple levels of experience - Levels 2, 3, and 4 open

    This is a Permanent position based out of Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $62.50/hr.
