Position Summary As a Pediatric Home Health LVN, you’ll provide one-on-one, high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes. You’ll transform homes into healing spaces, support families, and help children thrive in a compassionate, family-centered environment. Responsibilities * Deliver skilled nursing care in a home setting * Perform trach and ventilator management * Administer and document medications accurately * Follow individualized care plans * Communicate effectively with families and the healthcare team Requirements * Active Texas LVN license * Minimum 1 year of pediatric care experience * Proficiency in trach and ventilator care * Strong communication and documentation skills * A genuine passion for helping children thrive Schedule * Day and night shifts available * Night differential pay offered * Lubbock.
