    Job Title: General Laborer

    Job Description

    Join a dynamic team in a custom cabinetry facility that specializes in crafting beautiful cabinet orientations for kitchens, bathrooms, and more. We also excel in custom woodworking for commercial and residential projects, including trim work and staircases.

    Responsibilities

    + Assemble cabinets, doors, frames, and other components.

    + Assist with warehouse duties such as stocking, loading, and unloading products.

    + Perform general housekeeping tasks, including picking up trash and sweeping.

    + Accompany delivery teams to unload and load cabinets at client sites.

    + Operate power equipment such as table saws, shapers, routers, and profilers.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in reading a tape measure.

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.

    + Capability to work up to 10 hours a day.

    + Competency in reading blueprints.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in cabinet assembly.

    + Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.

    + Carpentry and cabinet making.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a woodworking facility that is generally clean, though some areas may have sawdust. The environment has a distinct wood and stain aroma, so comfort with this is necessary. Working hours are Monday through Thursday from 6am to 4:30pm, and Friday from 6am to 3pm, with some seasonal variation. Enjoy a 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks during your shift.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lakeville, MN.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
