PC Technician

**Pay Rate:** $26–$30 per hour

**Shift:** 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday–Friday

Job Overview

We are looking for a **PC Technician** to provide hands-on technical support for both shop floor and office teams. You will ensure smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems, while managing IT equipment setup and user access.

Key Responsibilities

+ Deliver first-level technical support on-site and remotely.

+ Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

+ Prioritize support for manufacturing systems and equipment.

+ Set up and maintain desktops, laptops, tablets, and peripherals.

+ Manage user accounts, password resets, and permissions in Active Directory.

+ Install and maintain printers, label makers, and specialized shop equipment.

+ Document IT tickets and maintain inventory of IT assets.

+ Assist with Microsoft 365 and ERP system support.

+ Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies.

+ Coordinate with vendors for repairs or installations.

Required Skills

+ 0–2 years in IT support or help desk role.

+ Basic knowledge of Windows environments and IT hardware.

+ Strong communication and customer-service skills.

+ Ability to work independently and in a team.

+ Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Preferred Qualifications

+ High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT preferred.

+ Certifications like CompTIA A+ or Microsoft MCP are a plus.

+ Familiarity with Microsoft SCCM and PXE Booting.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
