    Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

    **Shift:** 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This hands-on role is critical to ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our high-speed production systems, including blow mold equipment, conveyor systems, palletizing and strapping machines, and facility-wide electrical installations.

     

    The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a proactive approach to equipment maintenance and problem-solving.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Perform preventive maintenance and maintain detailed service records

    + Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical and mechanical systems, including:

    + Conveyor systems

    + Hydraulic and pneumatic equipment

    + Compressors, chillers, and cooling towers

    + Install and repair electrical components such as wiring, switch boxes, lighting fixtures, and cable assemblies

    + Utilize electrical testing equipment to measure continuity, voltage, current, and resistance

    + Maintain and calibrate industrial instrumentation and control systems

    + Read and modify ladder logic; configure parameters in VFDs, air compressors, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems

    + Collaborate with and train production staff on proper equipment operation and basic maintenance procedures

    Qualifications:

    + Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

    + Strong troubleshooting skills across hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, and mechanical systems

    + Proficient in reading schematics, technical drawings, and maintenance manuals

    + Intermediate knowledge of PLCs and ladder logic

    + Experience with Rockwell Automation (RS Logix 5000/500) and Siemens (TIA Portal, Simatic Manager) preferred

    + Skilled in operating shop tools and equipment (lathe, drill press, mill, grinders, presses, etc.)

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $80000.00/yr.

     

    Benefits include medical, dental, vision and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in the company’s 401K Employee Saving Plan and may participate in its Employee Wellness Program. Employees will also receive paid time off in accordance with company policy and state law requirements.
