    Warehouse Supervisor – Livermore Distribution Center

    • Livermore, CA | 🕒 Full-Time (Typically 7:30am or 8:00am Start Time)

     

    Compensation: $65,000-$75,000 + Benefits and Incentives

     

    About the Role We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations at our Livermore distribution center. In this hands-on role, you’ll oversee shipping, receiving, inventory control, and logistics coordination. You’ll also play a key part in ensuring safety compliance, and team performance.

     

    What You’ll Do

     

    + Supervise all warehouse functions: shipping, receiving, inventory, and logistics

    + Manage truck routing, scheduling, maintenance, and inspections

    + Coordinate with carriers, brokers, and drivers to resolve delays and missed appointments

    + Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff

    + Conduct inventory audits and manage warehouse scheduling and communications

    + Collaborate with the Quality Team to resolve product discrepancies and ensure inventory accuracy

    + Enforce OSHA, DOT, and PPE safety standards; lead safety training and Toolbox Talks

    + Respond to customer inquiries and resolve order fulfillment issues

    + Support production clerical tasks as needed

     

    What We’re Looking For

     

    + High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree or technical certification preferred)

    + 2+ years of warehouse or logistics experience

    + Strong understanding of warehouse workflows and equipment

    + Proficiency in WMS or ERP systems

    + Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and PPE standards

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and floor sweepers

    + Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
