The Senior Member Insights Analyst will be accountable for generating insights that lead to new product/service ideation, growing our market penetration through targeting, positioning, and creative campaign testing.Essential Functions• Has strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative techniques and the ability to apply tools appropriately based on business needs and resources.• Lead vendor and agency partner research projects to select the best methodology and tools to maximize learning and gain value from projects.• Manage brand equity tracking, positioning, communication and advertising testing, new product concept and product testing, and larger strategic projects.• Incorporate macro trends into everyday activities and articulate how these trends influence our Members mindset and purchase behaviors.• Have the ability to convert complex data and findings into understandable tables, graphs, and written reports.• Be a strategic thought leader and collaborate with cross-functional partners such as product, digital, sales, analytics, etc.• Have the ability to pull disparate pieces of data together, analyze data, uncover insights and then create concise and compelling stories to bring those insights to life.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities• Evidence of strong analytical skills; ability to use research as a tool in decision making.• Must have experience with Qualtrics.• Ability to self-prioritize and deliver against competing concurrent projects. Ability to deliver on tight timelines and move quickly with cross-functional teams to execute on decisions while maintaining attention to detail.• Excellent communication, presentation and organization skills.Education & Experience/Licenses & Certification• Bachelor's degree in related area (BA/BS degree in business, statistics, marketing, psychology, consumer behavior or related discipline) or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Master’s degree preferred not required.• At least 5 -7 years of experience in voice of customer, market research, marketing, quantitative analysis, and/or business analysis blending a mix of qualitative and quantitative research experience in a business to consumer environment• Experience in consumer research including custom and syndicated.

We target between minimum and midpoint of the range, and all offers are subject to a fair pay analysis - Compensation Range: Min: $107,694.00 - Mid: $134,617.00- Max: $161,540.00
