The American Heart Association has an excellent opportunity for a **Marketing Communications** **Coordinator** in our National Center office located in **Dallas, Texas!** This position will work in a **hybrid** setting (in office 2 to 3 days a week). This is a full time, benefits eligible, grant funded opportunity. Current funding will expire on **4/30/2028** , with the possibility of extension.
The **Marketing Communications** **Coordinator** is responsible for providing project coordination, budget and expense processing, and other administrative support for various programs/initiatives for the Quality, Outcomes Research, and Analytics team. This person must be a self-starter and take initiative to perform tasks that contribute to the success of QORA projects.

Responsibilities
+ Lead, track and support marketing communications-related projects allowing for centralized reports for over 40 projects.
+ Work with internal and external stakeholders to schedule, implement and report on webinars & virtual events.
+ Monitor, review and process invoices and expenditures for various Department budgets.
+ Create certificates and other collateral for certification products.
+ Assist with development and production of materials such as presentations, fact sheets, , newsletters and other resources.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
+ Three (3) years of related Marketing Coordination or Administrative experience.
+ Three (3)years of experience with finance and/or expense management.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
+ Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment to meet goals.
+ Adept at learning new technologies/processes.
+ Attention to detail and highly organized.
+ Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds to help with shipping, organization, supply inventory and other needs.
Compensation & Benefits
The expected pay range will be $43,000.00 to $53,000.00 Pay is commensurate with experience; geographic differentials to the pay range may apply.
