    Human Resources Coordinator

     

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. This role supports various HR functions including Employment, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Benefits Administration, and Employee Engagement. Reporting directly to the Director of HR, the HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting both employees and HR Business Partners across the organization.

     

    Schedule: Full-time, On-site (5 days/week)

    Must-Have Qualifications

    + Minimum of 1 year of related HR experience

    + Bachelor’s degree preferred

    + Strong administrative and organizational skills

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    + Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

    + Customer service orientation and a collaborative team spirit

    + Ability to work independently and proactively identify and solve problems

    Key Responsibilities

    + Provide administrative support for onboarding and offboarding of corporate employees

    + Manage and resolve HR-related inquiries via the HR Ticketing System

    + Assist employees with benefits, employee relations, and general HR support

    + Collaborate with HR Business Partners to support departmental initiatives

    + Coordinate and assist with company-wide initiatives, training seminars, and social events

    + Maintain employee records and perform filing as needed

    + Interact regularly with employees and managers across all levels, maintaining discretion and confidentiality.

     

    Nice-to-Have Skills

     

    + Experience in employee relations

    + Prior exposure to HR support functions

    + Familiarity with benefits administration and HR ticketing systems.

    This is a Contract position based out of Bronx, NY.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
