Hiring a Training Deployment Manager for a Global Healthcare Leader!
• Job Description
Join an innovative team dedicated to transforming digital solutions within a global healthcare leader. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our business operations and IT systems are harmonized and scalable through effective training programs.
Responsibilities
+ Collaborate closely with the Wave Training Lead, Wave Training Coordinators, and Global Training Team to embed the training strategy across all impacted audiences.
+ Align with Deployment Leads, MFCs, and SMEs to effectively train business requirements and achieve learner competence.
+ Engage with the Wave OCM Team to understand change impact assessments and communication needs for end users.
+ Coordinate with the System Authorization Team to create role mapping and define end-user journeys.
+ Work with Global Learning Services to deliver and administer training via LMS (Cornerstone).
+ Provide guidance to local Training Coordinators on training timelines and deliverables.
+ Act as a liaison with the business to consult on ongoing training needs.
+ Ensure successful role mapping and training needs analysis activities.
+ Coordinate with Business Leads and SMEs to develop local training materials.
+ Oversee the deployment of learning materials and evaluate course effectiveness.
+ Report on training deliverables’ status, training attendance, risks, and mitigation plans.
+ Provide guidance and direction for hypercare and sustainability activities related to training.
Essential Skills
+ Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a related specialization area.
+ 8+ years of experience in leading training program development and administration.
+ Proven project management experience in an agile environment.
+ Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and Learning Management Systems.
+ High-level understanding of security authorization requirements and job role concepts.
+ Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
+ Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with training software, training development, LMS, Excel pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs.
+ Ability to work across all US time zones.
+ Willingness to learn new skills and build business relationships.
Work Environment
This role offers a mostly remote work environment with the flexibility to work from home. However, occasional on-site meetings may be required at one of our headquarters located in Indianapolis, IN, Tucson, AZ, or Branchburg, NJ. The position follows a 1st shift schedule with hybrid work options
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Indianapolis, IN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $75.00/hr.
