In this role, you will review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs, formulating systems that align with overall business strategies. You will write detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs. The position involves 70% business analysis and 30% project management work, including scheduling calls and facilitating meetings. This is a full-time temporary position supporting fleet lifecycle services with a potential for extension.

Responsibilities

+ Lead end-to-end data analysis for the tire program and maintain reporting dashboards for key stakeholders.

+ Transform complex data sets into actionable business insights and structure unorganized data sources.

+ Execute full project lifecycle management and create comprehensive project documentation.

+ Lead stakeholder alignment meetings and communications, implementing change management initiatives.

+ Coordinate cross-functional team activities and ensure smooth execution of project plans.

Essential Skills

+ Advanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Excel.

+ Experience with data visualization and dashboard creation.

+ Proven stakeholder management capabilities, dealing with multiple stakeholders.

+ Expertise in project lifecycle management.

+ Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into presentations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant area of specialty.

+ 6-8 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a Business Analyst role.

+ Familiarity with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures.

Work Environment

This role is based in Bellevue, WA, with the option of a backup location. It operates on a hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. The position supports fleet lifecycle services, focusing on the tire program and managing the technology and automation behind it. The goal is to enhance the customer experience for driving partners and prevent tire defects.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $53.00/hr.
