Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas has advanced health care in North Texas for over half a century as one of the region's most established hospitals. We specialize in cancer care, cardiology, neurosciences, women's services, and emergency medicine. Our hospital is home to a renowned Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), a Comprehensive Stroke Center, and a Bariatric Surgery Center of Excellence. We also offer a wide range of outpatient services, including surgery, wellness programs, and advanced women's imaging. In recognition of our commitment to innovation in women's health, our Women's Robotic Surgery program was recently accredited as a Center of Excellence in Robotic Surgery by the Surgical Review Corporation (SRC), a leading organization dedicated to advancing patient safety in surgery.
Texas Health Dallas is a Joint Commission-certified Comprehensive Stroke Center, Level I Trauma Center, and Comprehensive Heart Attack Center. We are proud to be a designated Magnet hospital and a top choice in North Texas for cancer treatment, emergency services, cardiac care, and bariatric surgery.
Job Qualifications
Manages day to day operations of hospital-wide quality improvement, accreditation and regulatory compliance, and medical staff peer review.
Manages and provides leadership to department staff
Plans, reviews, and analyzes the hospital-wide performance improvement plan to ensure the plan is based on current hospital needs and goals, regulatory requirements, and in alignment with THR initiatives and goals.
Manage peer review process and maintenance of physician quality profiles
Plans, reviews, and monitors continuous readiness for hospital-wide Joint Commission Accreditation and other regulatory/accreditation requirements.
Provides service excellence to all stakeholders.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in healthcare or related field Required
Experience
5 Years healthcare experience Required
and
2 Years performance improvement experience Required
and
1 Year management experience Required
Clinical Background Strongly Preferred
Nursing Experience a Plus
Epic experience a Plus
Regulatory Readiness and Provider Performance Experience a Plus
Licenses and Certifications
Other license as applicable to degree Upon Hire Required
And
CPHQ - Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality with in 12 Months of hire Required
