Join our team as a Customer Experience & Technical Support Intern, where you'll play a key role in supporting our pre-sales application staff and showcasing cutting-edge laser technology to potential clients.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Support the Pre-Sales Team: Assist with day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and timely customer interactions.

    + Prepare for Live Demonstrations: Help set up and operate laser machines for customer demos, creating a professional and engaging experience.

    + Maintain the Showroom: Keep our showroom clean, organized, and welcoming—reflecting our commitment to quality and innovation.

    + Create Product Displays: Collaborate on designing and producing sample parts that highlight the capabilities of our technology.

    + Learn by Doing: Gain valuable hands-on experience in machine setup, operation, and customer engagement strategies.

    What You Bring:

    + Strong customer service and inside sales support skills.

    + Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

    + A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

    + Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.

    + Interest in technology and a desire to grow in a technical sales environment.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elgin, IL.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
