    Schedule: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM | Training: 2 Weeks (1-hour lunch), then 30-minute lunch

     

    Contract Duration: Through March/April (based on call volume)

    What You’ll Do:

    + Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and chat

    + Handle 50+ inbound calls daily from businesses and consumers

    + Support inquiries about tax software and refund programs

    + Make outbound “Discovery” calls to past customers

    + Accurately document all interactions for trend analysis

    + Collaborate with a supportive team in a quiet, cubicle-style call center

    What You Bring:

    + High school diploma or GED

    + 2+ years of customer service experience (call center preferred)

    + Must have a working smartphone for Microsoft Authenticator

    Call Center Hours (for reference):

    + Dec: 8:45 AM – 6:00 PM

    + Jan–Mar: 8:45 AM – 8:00 PM

    + Saturdays (Jan–Mar): 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM

    + Note: Schedule may not change, but flexibility is appreciated during peak season.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
