Are you a motivated, customer-focused individual with a passion for sales? Join our team as a Sales Representative and help customers find the perfect new home. We provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed.

Position: Sales Representative Compensation: Lucrative commission-based compensation (successful reps hitting goals earn over $200,000, top performers earn over $300,000!) Experience: 3+ years of sales experience with demonstrated success meeting and exceeding quotas and earning commissions. Top performers have come from luxury sales, pharmaceuticals, high-end auto, or cellular sales.

What You’ll Do:

+ Engage with potential buyers and guide them through the purchase process

+ Deliver exceptional customer service from first contact to closing

+ Collaborate with marketing to generate and manage leads

+ Build strong relationships and maintain follow-up to drive sales

Qualifications:

+ At least 3 years of commissioned sales experience

+ Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset

+ Tenacity and drive to meet and exceed sales targets

+ Organizational skills to manage leads and follow-ups effectively
