    Principal Accountabilities

    + This position is responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse operations and accurate distribution of equipment and products

    + Communicating effectively with supervisors, employees, leads, superintendents, and managers

    + Issuing the correct quantity of equipment to designated departments

    + Receiving and verifying incoming products and equipment

    + Maintaining accurate inventory records for all warehouse items

    + Organizing and maintaining the cleanliness of the warehouse

    + Delivering equipment and supplies as needed

    + Ensuring compliance with safety standards and maintaining a safe work environment

    Required Qualifications

    + Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)

    + 18 years or older

    + Able to read, write, and speak English

    + Basic computer and communication skills

    + Have a flexible schedule, including working rotating weekends

    + Able to walk and stand for long periods

    + Strong record-keeping skills

    + Commitment to safety and clean work practices

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Previous experience at Cargill

    + Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)

    + Forklift experience

    + Recent work history (within the last 12 months)

    + Experience in warehouse, inventory, or mechanical work
