We offer several services including anodizing, painting, powder coating, intricate masking and silk screening, allowing us to provide multiple finishes on individual parts. Position Overview

+ Sandblasting:

+ Remove dirt, paint, grease, rust, and other materials from surfaces using sandblasting equipment.

+ Autobody:

+ Perform autobody work, such as filling, sanding, and priming surfaces.

+ Efficiency and Productivity:

+ Prioritizing items based on production schedules and deadlines.

+ Quality Control:

+ Inspect parts before and after the finishing process to ensure they meet quality standards and reporting any defects or non-conformances to supervisors.

+ Job Monitoring:

+ Utilize computer system to track job progress and scan in and out of jobs.

+ Collaboration:

+ Team Communication: Coordinate with painters, line operators, or other production team members to ensure smooth workflow during subsequent processes.

+ Safety and Compliance:

+ Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Wear appropriate PPE (gloves, safety glasses) as required for each task to protect against hazards.

+ Work Area Safety: Maintain a safe work environment, especially when handling chemicals or using cutting tools.

Qualifications :

+ Education :

+ High School Diploma or Equivalent is preferred.

+ Experience:

+ Relevant experience in sandblasting is preferred.

+ Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and autobody work.

+ Skills & Competencies:

+ Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and accuracy.

+ Communication: Clear communication is essential for reporting findings and collaborating with production teams.

+ Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and recommend solutions.

+ Technical Skills: Basic math and computer skills, ability to use specialized testing tools and machinery.

+ Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, as well as lift up to 50lbs, bend, push, pull, reach and twist for 8-10 hours a day.

+ Quality Standards: Ensure all products and parts meet stringent quality standards.

Shift Hours:

+ Monday - Thursday 6:30am-3:30pm, Friday 6:30am-12:30pm

Total Compensation Package:

+ Wage

+ $17.50+ per hour.

+ Compensation depends on the selected candidate's experience.
