    Position Description

    *This is an in-office position Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST based out of our location in North Andover, MA*TSD Mobility Solutions, Inc., an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is seeking a Product Manager to join our growing team. As a Product Manager, you will drive the development roadmap for industry-leading mobile and digital experience products by collaborating with design, engineering, sales, operations, and customer support teams to build innovative products, features, and experiences for our customers. You will oversee online interactions across customers\u2019 mobile and web applications, balancing client needs, bug reports, market trends, and business objectives throughout the product lifecycle. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:-Assign appropriate priorities to each client needs, bugs, market needs, and business goals throughout the product lifecycle to drive profitability.-Work closely with all departments, leveraging their expertise to shape both short- and long-term product strategy and vision.-Drive multiple releases per quarter from conception to completion with a cross-functional team.-Own and track core product and business success metrics, including product profitability and the commercial performance of features and cross-product initiatives.

    Requirements

    3+ years of experience in product management or a similar related field required~^~College Degree in business or relevant field required~^~Experience with agile project management software, user stories, TFS, JIRA, or similar required~^~Experience in car rental, dealership, or travel industry preferred~^~Experience in scrum preferred~^~Working knowledge of all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle~^~Excellent written and verbal communication skills~^~Ability to work in a collaborative environment~^~Strong analytical and documentation processing skills~^~Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts~^~Proficient in MS Office products
