    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for an IT Project Manager to join their team remotely. The project is focused around 3D project design and is driven by the engineering organization. The overall goal is to get new high end laptops for 250 engineers to use and get the new software loaded onto them to utilize new 3D features. There will be around 50 different software added to the devices and then the design process would be redesigned using the new tools. The Project manager would also spend their time doing financials and budgeting of a project, cost analysis, measuring actuals, and ensuring the project is on time/budget. The team uses MS project for project planning. The ideal candidate would have previously managed a project rolling out desktop software and come from a PMO environment.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    -5-8 years of experience as an IT PM

     

    -Experience using MS project for project planning

     

    -Familiar with Waterfall

    -PMO Experience

    -Experience overseeing a project rolling out desktop software -Previously worked at a Utility company
