Job Details

+ **Temp-to-hire position**

+ Shift: **1st Shift, Monday–Friday**

+ Pay Rate: **$24.20/hour**

Daily Responsibilities

+ Assemble electro-mechanical components to industry standards

+ Identify and repair mechanical assembly issues

+ Complete work orders accurately

+ Inspect products and document operations for quality assurance

+ Use microscopes for precision assembly tasks

+ Assist with stock room, shipping, receiving, and product validation as needed

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

+ 2+ years’ experience in electro-mechanical or high-volume manufacturing assembly (preferred)

+ Familiarity with Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) environments

+ Knowledge of FDA cGMP/QSR or ISO quality standards

+ Skilled use of microscopes, strong manual dexterity, and good eyesight

+ Effective written and verbal communication skills

+ Team-oriented attitude

+ High school diploma or equivalent, with proficiency in math and language
