Description:
**This position is eligible for relocation assistance and housing stipend depending on location **
Responsibilities:
+ Efficient interpretation of clinical information from clinical team meeting radiology needs of patients.
+ Thorough and accurate imaging technique for patient positioning respective to the order.
+ Hyper-sensitivity in monitoring radiation exposure time and activity.
+ Routinely apply sterile techniques and quality safety practices for patients, teammates, and yourself.
+ Mechanical aptitude and confidence troubleshooting, calibrating, and maintaining radiology equipment to avoid equipment failures.
Qualifications:
+ Successful completion of an accredited two-year Radiologic Technology program.
+ Maintains current Iowa Permit to Practice.
+ Maintains active registry status in ARRT
+ Basic Life Support (BLS) certified or obtained within three (3) months of hire.
+ Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter abuse training specific to population served within three (3) months of hire.
