Our client, a leading manufacturing facility specializing in medical device production, is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician I, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting plant operations. The ideal candidate will have problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Maintenance Technician I

**Pay Range:** $24 - $27/hr

**Shift** : 9am- 5:30pm

What's the Job?

+ Support plant production through troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs of manufacturing and facilities equipment

+ Perform preventative maintenance on medical device manufacturing equipment, hydraulics, pneumatic systems, and electrical systems

+ Respond to trouble calls and resolve equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime

+ Ensure all work is documented accurately in the CMMS system following GMP and safety standards

+ Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency

What's Needed?

+ High school diploma or equivalent required

+ 3-5 years of maintenance experience on automated manufacturing equipment

+ Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal

+ Experience with CMMS and programmable logic controllers (PLC) preferred

+ Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and part diagrams
