    You will drive sales activity, engage key commercial customers, and help expand market presence in one of the fastest-growing infrastructure industries.

     

    Job Title: Data Center Regional Sales Manager – Commercial Electrical Products (Direct Hire)

     

    Compensation: $110,000–$140,000 base + Uncapped Commission & Quarterly Bonuses

     

    Travel: Up to 50%

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Prospect, cold-call, and build new business pipelines within the data center sector

    + Conduct professional client meetings, product presentations, and customer events

    + Attend industry trade shows, association events, and electrical group meetings

    + Manage and follow up on leads from internal platforms and partner networks

    + Sell directly to distributors, builders, and commercial contractors

    + Collaborate with internal technical experts (Master Electricians) to support complex deals

    + Travel within assigned territory to drive customer engagement and growth

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    + Required: Commercial electrical sales experience

    + Direct B2B selling experience with builders, contractors, or distributors

    + Strong technical communication and presentation skills

    + Proven track record in prospecting, pipeline development, and closing deals

    + High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

    + Ability to travel up to 50% within the Mid-Atlantic region
