As a **Security Officer - Telecom Dispatch Coordinator** in **Clarksville, TN** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in supporting a secure environment within a leading technology setting. Your responsibilities will include monitoring access control systems, coordinating responses to incidents, and providing clear communication across the site. By remaining alert and responsive, you will help to deter security-related concerns while delivering outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

+ Monitor incoming and outgoing communications and coordinate response activities in alignment with site protocols.

+ Dispatch security-related personnel and resources to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Maintain logs and records of all communications, incidents, and activities as required by site-specific policies.

+ Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees by following security-related procedures and protocols.

+ Utilize security-related technology and communication systems to manage incident response and site operations.

+ Assist in monitoring access control systems to help to deter unauthorized entry to the location.

+ Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and client representatives to support security-related operations and emergency response activities.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ A valid state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

+ Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
