    Your Role:

    As a **Machine Operator** , you’ll help keep production running at peak performance! You’ll work with cutting-edge machinery and play a key part in ensuring top-quality products reach customers on time.

    Daily responsibilities include:

    + Operating a variety of production equipment such as press, braid winding, lathe, and crimping machines

    + Reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and manufacturing drawings

    + Performing in-process and final quality checks to maintain high standards

    + Recording accurate production data and tracking output

    + Using basic hand tools (screwdrivers, drill guns, etc.) for light assembly tasks

    + Managing workstation inventory and reporting any shortages

    + Identifying and communicating product defects or production issues

    What You Bring to the Team:

    + Previous experience operating manufacturing or machine shop equipment

    + Ability to read and follow blueprints, schematics, or work instructions

    + Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality

    + A team-player mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

    **Pay Details:** $23.13 per hour
