    We are seeking a highly experienced Electrical Engineer to take on the role of Electrical Team Lead. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience along with either an Engineer in Training (EIT) certification or Professional Engineer (PE) license. This position entails overseeing and delivering projects by coordinating with clients, design teams, and external partners to ensure high-quality solutions.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage project scope, production, and schedules.

    + Attend meetings as an electrical expert.

    + Maintain organized project files.

    + Lead technical efforts and provide mentorship.

    + Foster a cohesive team dynamic.

    + Ensure project success through effective client management and technical expertise.

    + Contribute to organizational growth and uphold quality standards.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

    + Experience with MEP systems.

    + Strong project management abilities.

    + Leadership skills in team settings.

    + Electrical design and engineering expertise.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

    + 7+ years of relevant experience.

    + Experience in building design projects.

    + EIT certification required, PE license is a plus.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $200000.00/yr.
