    We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee a segment of the stadium renovation project. This role involves managing project direction, engaging with various stakeholders, and ensuring the seamless execution of project tasks.

    Responsibilities

    + Assist the Project Manager with projects for private, federal, and local government clients involving interior contracts up to $1.8M in value.

    + Create and manage submittal logs, transmittals, change orders, and project directories.

    + Oversee various contracts and vendor relationships.

    + Interact with superintendents for information from the field.

    + Apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize performance.

    + Handle financial aspects of projects as required.

    + Manage multiple tasks and perform any other related duties as assigned.

    + Additional responsibilities may be required based on business and client needs.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with high-profile customer and project management.

    + Document and paperwork support including RFI, submittals, and change orders.

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    + Project management and construction management experience.

    + Familiarity with change orders and RFIs.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with schedule management and construction management software.

    + Experience in project engineering and document management.

    + Experience in project coordination and commercial construction.

    Work Environment

    The role requires working on-site at the stadium. This multi-year project involves collaboration with a large number of employees, with support from various partners. The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, reflecting the high-profile nature of the project.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bowie, MD.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $85000.00/hr.
