Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Clerk to join our team in Jamaica, New York. In this Contract-to-permanent position, you will play a key role in managing shipping documentation and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This role requires strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Review shipping documents, invoices, and bills of lading to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Verify the accuracy of shipment records and address any discrepancies as needed.

• Maintain organized file systems, both physical and digital, to support efficient record-keeping.

• Perform data entry tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and positive outcomes.

• Follow established policies and procedures to maintain operational consistency.

• Manage copying and filing tasks to support administrative operations.

• Adapt to changing priorities and tasks as business needs evolve.
