Description We are looking for an organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team in Beaverton, Oregon. In this long-term contract position, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting project management activities. This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong computer skills and a knack for multitasking in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee front desk operations, including welcoming visitors and managing access to the premises.
• Utilize computer systems effectively to support office tasks, including Teams, SharePoint, and other tools.
• Maintain and update schedules to ensure projects stay on track and deadlines are met.
• Perform basic data management duties, including scanning and organizing project-related documents.
• Handle receptionist duties such as answering calls and directing inquiries appropriately.
• Coordinate timelines and track project progress to ensure seamless execution.
• Use Excel to manage and analyze basic data sets and project information.
• Assist with master scheduling and maintain records for ongoing projects.
• Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring efficient communication and workflow.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and ensure project success. Requirements
• At least 2 years of experience in a medical environment as a project coordination or administrative role.
• Proficiency in using computer applications, including Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data organization and analysis.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various responsibilities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage schedules and track timelines efficiently.
• Familiarity with scanning and document management processes.
• Experience in handling receptionist or front desk duties is preferred.
