Job Title: First Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Industrial Maintenance Technician for the first shift, working from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. The role involves performing essential maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities

+ Perform electrical troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance.

+ Work from drawings and blueprints to maintain instrumentation, control systems, and heating/cooling systems.

+ Conduct mechanical maintenance on plant equipment, including pipe systems, gauges, valves, and pressure regulators.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in maintenance technician roles.

+ Proficiency in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.

+ Skills in repair and industrial maintenance.

+ Understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Welding and fabrication skills.

+ Experience with roofing and carpentry.

+ Competency in pipe fitting.

+ Basic computer skills.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $58240.00/yr.

Company looking for a long-term placement through Direct Hire. 3 Medical plans to choose from that vary in deductible/coverage, dental insurance, group term life insurance, long/short term disability, HSA. Vactaion and Holiday (After 3 months probationary) is 20 days the first year, and Sick/Personal is 14 days per year. They also offer a profit sharing with 401k, which annually has been about 15% of an employees salary.
