    Baylor Scott & White Health is hiring a **Nuclear Medicine Technologist (PRN)** to join our Imaging team in **Pflugerville, Texas** . If you’re a **certified Nuclear Medicine or PET Technologist** who loves patient care, cutting-edge technology, and flexible scheduling, this opportunity is for you!

     

    As a **Nuclear Medicine Technologist** , you’ll perform **nuclear medicine, PET/CT, and theragnostic imaging procedures** under the direction of a Radiologist to help diagnose and treat disease. You’ll work with advanced imaging systems and be part of one of Texas’s largest and most respected healthcare systems.

    What You’ll Do

    + Perform **nuclear medicine procedures** , including **PET/CT** and **theragnostic imaging** , according to protocols and physician orders.

    + Ensure quality images and maintain radiation safety standards in compliance with ACR and RAM guidelines.

    + Administer radiopharmaceuticals and explain exams clearly to patients to ensure comfort and safety.

    + Collaborate with Radiologists, nurses, and imaging team members to provide timely and accurate patient care.

    + Maintain equipment, perform quality control checks, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.

    Requirements

    + **Certification:**

    + Certified by the **ARRT (N)** or **NMTCB (CNMT)**

    + **Licensure:**

    + Must hold a **current Texas Medical Board (TMB) License** as a **Medical Radiologic Technologist – Nuclear Medicine**

    + **BLS Certification** required

    + Ability to work independently and maintain excellent patient interaction skills
