Fueling the continued success of one of the world’s most beloved and recognized brands is a distinctly capable, creative and innovative Marketing organization. Target is well known for inspiring and surprising guests, and we pride ourselves on connecting them to the products and experiences they expect and deserve. We study our guests to discover new needs and insights, and then craft every interaction to build brand love. We are market experts who insist on a clear and cohesive understanding of our business objectives, guest segments and behaviors, strategies and tactics, overcoming obstacles and measuring success. Our commitment to partnering both internally and with external agencies gives us a wide range of capabilities, from award-winning creative work to exciting and unique promotional marketing. Leveraging our collective assets and fostering a healthy, supportive and open team culture, we deliver a holistically gratifying experience that guests can only get at Target.

Roundel is Target’s entry into the media business, a sell-side business built on the principles of first-party (people-based) data, brand safe environments and proof that our marketing programs drive business results for our clients. We operate with the ethos of trust and transparency and that media works best when it works in everyone’s best interest. At the very root of that, Roundel leverages our on-platform and off-platform solutions to drive business growth for our clients and redefine “value” in the industry by solving core industry challenges vs. copy current industry methods of operation. We are here to drive a key growth initiative for Target and to lead the industry to a better way of operating.

**Integrated Go-to-Market (** **iGTM** **)** is the connective tissue between Roundel, Target, and brand partners—designed to deliver cohesive, scalable, and high-performing marketing strategies across Target’s most important commercial, seasonal, and pyramid priorities. Within iGTM, the Enterprise Integration team brings these strategies to life by monetizing, commercializing, and activating through Target-owned enterprise channels. As a **Manager, Integrated Planning** **,** you will serve as the expert and primary point of contact for your assigned channel (Digital, In-Store, or Video & Events), unlocking opportunities that extend beyond Roundel’s existing capabilities. You’ll partner closely with enterprise channel teams, PSG (Partner Solutions Group), and cross-functional iGTM partners to identify, package, and scale high-impact opportunities that connect Target’s business priorities with meaningful guest and brand outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Channel Strategy & Ownership

+ Serve as the primary subject matter expert and liaison between iGTM, PSG, and enterprise partners for your assigned channel.

+ Develop a deep understanding of your channel’s ecosystem, including enterprise priorities, partner expectations, and business impact.

+ Create and maintain evergreen materials such as playbooks, one-pagers, and positioning frameworks to drive consistency and clarity across the organization.

+ Build and evolve a channel roadmap that aligns with enterprise, seasonal, and pyramid priorities.

    Process & Routine Development

+ Establish and maintain efficient workflows, routines, and operating practices to ensure consistent and high-quality channel execution.

+ Lead recurring cadences including channel-specific statuses, pipeline reviews, and post-campaign retrospectives.

+ Partner cross-functionally with iGTM peers to ensure alignment and remove friction across processes and touchpoints.

    Sales Enablement & Partnership

+ Act as a bridge between your channel and PSG—translating enterprise insights into actionable tools, materials, and narratives for sales enablement.

+ Collaborate with pyramid and seasonal iGTM teams to integrate enterprise opportunities into broader go-to-market plans.

+ Develop and deliver client-ready collateral, playbooks, and training that highlight the value of your channel’s opportunities.

    Opportunity Identification & Expansion

+ Proactively surface and package new opportunities across your channel that align with seasonal, pyramid, and enterprise priorities.

+ Partner with enterprise teams to commercialize and scale sellable opportunities across Target-owned platforms.

+ Identify and enable cross-channel opportunities that amplify impact and deliver cohesive client and guest experiences.

    Channel Performance & Insights

+ Monitor and evaluate channel performance, surfacing insights and recommendations to drive future growth and optimization.

+ Share updates on channel health, trends, and opportunities to inform broader iGTM and enterprise strategy.

+ Represent your channel in enterprise planning forums, contributing a data- and insight-driven point of view on inventory potential and strategic fit.
