    **Pay Rate:** $19.93 - $24.67/hour

    **Work Hours:** M-F 8am-5pm

    **Education:** HS Diploma/GED or Associate's Degree minimum required

    Overview:

    CTG’s long-standing Fortune 500 client seeks a Quality and Regulatory Services Associate to provide front-line support for internal and external customers on quality and regulatory inquiries. This role serves as a liaison between customers and multiple internal departments while supporting QRS projects and processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Triage customer complaints and QRS emails; identify, assign, and escalate issues per guidelines

    + Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, Sales, Business Operations, Scientific Support, and Customer Service teams to ensure customer satisfaction

    + Support cross-functional continuous improvement projects

    Required Qualifications:

    + HS Diploma/GED or Associate’s Degree minimum

    + 2-4 years in a customer-facing role, preferably in manufacturing, medical device, or clinical industries

    + Knowledge of quality and regulatory practices

    + Strong Microsoft Office skills; ability to quickly learn new systems

    + Professional oral and written communication skills

    Desired Skills:

    + Experience with reports/metrics, ETQ, SharePoint, Salesforce, PeopleSoft

    + Passion for innovation and continuous improvement

    + Multi-lingual abilities a plus

    Soft Skills:

    + Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude

    + Team player with excellent judgment and business acumen

    + Professional handling of sensitive information and customer interactions
