Job Description
Analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes and develops sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements to meet business growth, quality and scalability goals. Engages with other departments to better understand business requirements and collaborate on solutions. Researches best business practices within and outside the department to establish benchmark data.
Responsibilities Includes
+ **Documentation Governance:**
+ Act as Librarian to ensure materials are current and formally approved.
+ Coordinate with SMEs across the enterprise.
+ Manage resources such as Application Journeys/Wireframes, .com Pages, Partner Training Materials, and other materials as needed.
+ **Procedure Management:**
+ Serve as SME and Librarian to maintain current and approved procedures.
+ Oversee Concierge Procedures, Direct Procedures, and other related processes.
+ **Training & Quick Reference Guides:**
+ Maintain and update training materials and quick reference guides.
+ Act as SME and/or Librarian for governance-related content.
+ **Other Duties:**
+ Support Governance Team and Dealer Services business functions as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- One to two years of related experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Conceptual knowledge of fundamental theories, principals, and practices with basic understanding of business operations.
-Effective influence, change management, and coaching skills
-Strong technical expertise in process mapping, procedure creation and control implementation
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver clear presentations
-Proven technical writing experience, including crafting clear, step-by step messaging and documentation
-Strong attention to detail with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and maintain flexibility while managing multiple concurrent initiatives
-Familiarity with Archer eGRC platform and experience conducting CAT reviews

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $66,640.00 - $78,400.00
