We are seeking a hands-on Operations Supervisor with strong SAP knowledge and proven experience leading teams in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment. This role requires a leader who can multitask, mentor, and drive performance while maintaining accuracy, safety, and efficiency across all warehouse functions. You’ll be responsible for managing labor and equipment, ensuring the timely completion of orders, and fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. YOUR TASKS
* Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control
* Use SAP and WMS tools to track performance, manage inventory, and ensure data accuracy across all processes
* Mentor and develop associates, providing coaching and training to build skill sets and ensure process compliance
* Coordinate labor and resources to meet operational demands while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality
* Monitor and drive KPIs related to productivity, accuracy, and safety
* Support new customer integrations and system testing to ensure smooth operational transitions
* Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to solve problems, streamline workflows, and meet deadlines
* Balance multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment while maintaining attention to detail
* Lead by example on the floor — actively engaging with associates and providing real-time direction and support
* Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards while promoting a clean and organized work area (5S)
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and employee engagement
YOUR PROFILE
* High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
* 3–5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations
* Strong SAP knowledge and hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
* Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate teams in a high-tempo, results-driven environment
* Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and speed
* Effective verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
* Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities
* Ability to operate powered industrial equipment (forklift, reach, picker, etc.)
* Demonstrated success working in customer-driven, high-volume environments
* Prior experience working in a fast-paced warehouse/distribution environment requiring frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Flexibility to work varied shifts or extended hours as needed to support operations

* Salary range for Ontario, CA: $70,000-$80,000 per year
