• Project Manager Digital Acceleration

    We are looking for a project manager with strong analytical skills, a profound IT mindset, experiences in digital transformation with focus on supply chain processes.

    Your Tasks

    * Support of project lead in managing project team and stakeholder

    * Documentation of business requirements and processes in close collaboration with key project members from logistics, IT and others

    * Building and maintaining a network of stakeholders within the organization

    * Presenting project plans and status reports to leadership

    * Review of existing business processes and user needs to identify gaps and develop solutions to those

    * Commercial / Financial understanding including, calculation of initial business case, developing P&L, pricing, financial analysis and simulation

    * Definition project management structures and artefacts, i.e. project plan, budget tracking, risk matrix, and others

    * Become an ambassador of the Digital Acceleration Team

    Your Profile

    * 2-4 years of experience in project management, account management, business analyst or similar

    * Strong analytical and project management skills

    * Profound IT mindset, experience with SAP S/4 is a plus

    * Ability to discuss SAP CR`s with IT, open and track JIRA tickets

    * Work independently with little supervision

    * Experience in Supply Chain Solutions environment

    * Experience in digital transformation processes

    * Experience in creating flows with Power Automate

    * Exposure to working for a global organization

    * Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public

    * Demonstrates the ability to be forward thinking, taking the broad view and contributes to defining and implementing business strategy
