    Summary

    + Graduate of an accredited school of Advanced Practice Nursing, licensed in the State of Florida and has demonstrated clinical and teaching expertise.

    + Possesses strong decision-making and clinical skills with the ability to assess the comprehensive health needs of their patient population.

    + The APRN is to provide prenatal, postpartum, and gynecological medical services to the patients at Suncoast Community Health Center of Plant City, Dover and Thonotosassa.

    + This is a clinic position. Duties include prenatal/postpartum care, gynecology, and family planning.

    + APRN to perform IUD/Nexplanon insertion and pap smears.

    + APRN is required to participate in chart audits to assess the success of the QA/QI/Risk program.

    + Must be able to work with patients and staff from a wide range of ethnic, economic, cultural, and social backgrounds.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Education:

    + Masters Degree in Nursing

    Credentials:

    + APRN License

    Experience:

    + 4 years of Nursing experience including at least 1 year of Labor & Delivery nursing

    + 1 year in a Supervisory Role in a related field – Preferred

    **Facility:** BayCare Health System, Maternal Professional Services-SFBH

    **Location:** Suncoast Community Health Center of Plant City, Dover and Thonotosassa.

    **Status:** Part Time (48 hours per pay period), Exempt: Yes

    **Shift Hours:** 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

    **Weekend Work:** None

    **On Call:** No
