The Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) organization is seeking a **Product Security Engineer Lead (Product Security Test Engineer)** to join our cyber test capability team in **Oklahoma City, OK; Las Vegas, NV; or Long Beach, CA.**

In addition to specific program responsibilities, the successful candidate will be joining the growing BT&E Product Security Engineering Capability. They will be joining a team of advanced Product Security Engineers from across the Boeing Enterprise, collaboratively developing best practices, techniques and tools, while fostering a community that enhances our ability to deliver exceptional value to our customers.

Position Responsibilities Include:

+ Lead the planning and development of cyber test events for avionics systems.

+ Leverage software and/or systems engineering experience to build new testing tools.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on testing objectives and requirements.

+ Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, procedures, and reports.

+ Analyze test results and provide recommendations for product improvements and risk mitigation

+ Represent Red Team in engagements with Boeing, government, suppliers and customer leadership.

+ Develop and mature enterprise Cyber T&E best practices and solutions

+ Participate in enterprise-wide security assessments to include risk, vulnerability and penetration tests

+ Support incident response activities

+ Mentor and guide product security engineers in domain of expertise

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

+ Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science

+ 3+ years of experience in security testing of RF/GPS domain

+ 10+ years of experience in Software development

+ 10+ years of experience in cyber or software test

+ 5+ years of experience in leading people or teams as a technical lead engineer

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

+ Experience with Radio Frequency functional testing

+ Experience with Commercial and Defense Aerospace products

Summary pay range for lead level: $174,250 –** **$294,000
