Our client, a leading organization in the industrial sector, is seeking a Production Operations to join their team. As a Production Operations, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the assembly and quality control of electronic products. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Production Operations

**Location:** FRANKLIN, MA

**Pay Range:** $19-$21.85/hr.

Shift:

All 3 Shifts Available

1st 6:45am to 3:15pm $19 Per Hour

2nd 2:45pm to 11:15pm $20.90 Per Hour

3rd 10:15pm to 7:15am $21.85

What's the Job?

+ Use various tools to assemble electronic products and components

+ Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the production process

+ Read blueprints and schematics for proper assembly

+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment

+ Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

What's Needed?

+ 1 or more years of experience in a production role using various tools

+ Strong communication skills to effectively work with team members

+ Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and guidelines

+ Flexibility to work on Sundays through Thursdays

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions accurately
