What You’ll Do

+ Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, post-operative, or mobility conditions

+ Develop personalized treatment plans focused on recovery, function, and independence

+ Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team (physicians, nurses, and therapists)

+ Document patient progress accurately and maintain compliance within EMR systems

+ Build trusted relationships with patients and families while fostering a positive therapy environment

What You’ll Need

+ **Degree in Physical Therapy** from an accredited program

+ **Active or eligible WV Physical Therapy License** (licensure support available)

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

+ Passion for patient care — **new grads welcome!**

+ Prior outpatient, senior living, or rehabilitation experience preferred but not required
