Job Title: EEO Reporting Coordinator
Payrate: $22.00
1st Shift: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Mon – Fri
Job Summary
The EEO Reporting Coordinator will support Client’s compliance team in filing the annual California Pay Data Report. This role involves managing a high volume of correspondence with external vendors, tracking submissions, and ensuring data accuracy and timely completion of all reporting requirements.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with multiple external partners in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Gather documents to be filed from employees.
• Create new record files and add new material to existing file records.
• Make recommendations on how to improve the filing system.
• Perform inspection of files to ensure correct placement and proper condition of files.
• Archive old files; log all files that are archived.
• Scan and OCR files to be entered into computer database.
• Support the preparation and submission of Client’s California Pay Data Report in compliance with state EEO reporting requirements.
• Manage and track a large volume of email correspondence and documentation with external Client vendors.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all vendor communications, report submissions, and follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Legal, People, and Procurement) to collect and verify required information.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely responses from vendors to maintain reporting compliance.
• Identify and escalate any delays or issues that could impact reporting timelines.
• Support process improvements and help streamline tracking or communication workflows.
Qualifications

• 5 - 10 years of experience
• 2+ years of experience in compliance, HR operations, reporting coordination, or administrative project support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other tracking or data management tools.
• Experience working with vendors or in a large corporate environment preferred.

**Pay Details:** $22.00 per hour
